About the role

The Community Activator Coach plays a crucial role in fostering, implementing, and guiding enjoyable, inclusive, and captivating activities aimed at encouraging entire communities to transform their habits and embrace a consistently active lifestyle. These coaches are more than just leaders in activities and sports; they possess a deep understanding of communities and their constituents. They are equipped with specialized knowledge to work effectively with specific customer groups, like inactive teenagers, while also being well-versed in addressing other inactive customer segments that may require their expertise from time to time.
